At last!
Well after a WHOLE YEAR my website is finally finished! If only I'd known a year ago what I know now, I would have done things a lot differently!
I'm working on various projects with the brilliant Juliet Sear of Fancy Nancy (it's Christmas already in our houses), and last week we held our first class at Leith's School of Food and Wine in London for 17 chefs from Baxter Storey. We were pretty nervous but it went really well and we had some great feedback so we're already discussing more classes in the not too distant future!
Well done guys, great job!
Last month I entered the Ideal Home Exhibition's Ideal Cake Decorator of the Year competition with Juliet. The idea was to come up with a design based around the Royal Wedding. My inspiration was Catherine's engagement ring and William's RAF wings (that was Dad's idea!). The winner was an amazing suguar sculpture of Will's and Kate! We met up with our partner in crime Colin Chi (another ex Little Venice employee), so it was like a little reunion. Love those guys!
